At FELIPE.H, we value not only elegance in design, but also integrity in construction. Each pair is made to accompany movement with stability, comfort, and refinement. To help preserve that experience, we offer the following warranty and care guidance.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period is three months from the date shown on the proof of purchase.
Within 30 days of purchase, unworn shoes may be exchanged if the pair is mismatched or the sizes are inconsistent, provided the condition does not affect resale.
Shoes showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange.
During the warranty period, repairs for glue failure, loose stitching, or broken threads are provided free of charge with valid proof of purchase.

Replacement Conditions

If the same part has been repaired twice and the shoes still cannot be worn normally, replacement may be considered with repair records and proof of purchase.
Under normal use, replacement may also be considered in cases such as cracked soles, cracked uppers, severe upper damage, or detached heels.

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or unsuitable care.
Damage resulting from self-disassembly or unauthorized repair.
Items beyond the warranty period.
Cases without valid proof of purchase.
Sale items or clearance items.

Care Recommendations

Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid forceful scrubbing or scratching the leather surface.
Keep away from direct heat, strong sunlight, rain, and prolonged exposure to water.
If the shoes become damp, allow them to dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated space.
Use appropriate professional leather care products when needed.
Avoid contact with sharp objects and harsh chemicals.
Store carefully to avoid pressure and deformation.
When possible, alternate between two pairs to extend the life of each pair.

保固與保養

一雙做工細緻的鞋，也值得被細心對待。這份保固與保養說明，延續 FELIPE.H 對品質與細節的重視。

在 FELIPE.H，我們在意的不只是外型上的優雅，也在意結構、穿著感與實際使用中的穩定表現。每一雙鞋，都承載著對工藝與品質的堅持。為了讓這份體驗更長久，我們提供以下保固與保養建議。

保固範圍

保固期限自購買憑證日期起計三個月。
購買後三十天內，如新鞋不成對或尺寸不一致，且未經穿著、不影響二次銷售，可辦理更換。
已有使用痕跡之鞋款，恕無法提供更換。
保固期間內，如出現膠水失效、線頭鬆動或斷裂等情況，可憑有效購買憑證提供免費維修。

可申請更換之情況

同一部位經修理兩次後，仍無法正常穿著者，可憑修理記錄與購買憑證申請更換。
於正常穿著情況下，如出現鞋底破裂、鞋面破裂、鞋面明顯破損或鞋跟脫落等情形，可申請更換。

不適用保固之情況

因不當使用、保養不當或人為因素造成之損壞。
因自行拆解、修改或非授權維修所導致之損壞。
已逾保固期限。
無法提供有效購買憑證。
特價品、出清品或另有標示之商品。

保養建議

請以柔軟微濕布料輕拭清潔，避免用力刷洗或刮傷皮面。
避免高溫曝曬、陽光直射、雨淋與長時間接觸水分。
若鞋子受潮，請置於陰涼通風處自然風乾。
可視需要使用適合的專業皮革保養用品。
避免接觸尖銳物品與化學性物質。
收納時請避免擠壓，以維持鞋型。
若條件允許，建議兩雙鞋交替穿著，以延長每一雙鞋的使用壽命。
